    How to Prevent Stretch Marks? Is Cocoa butter stretch marks preventive agent?

    We talked about how these marks are formed in the last post (What Causes Stretch Marks? Is Cocoa butter stretch marks cure?).  A few questions probably come to your mind: how to remove them. How to prevent, how to safely remove?  Can they be removed?  Let’s tackle them one by one.

    Today, we talk about “How to Prevent Stretch Marks? Is Cocoa butter stretch marks preventive agent?”

    There is no absolute method to ensure you never get them.  However, the following few quick points will decrease the chances.

    • Eat a variety of food for healthy skin: rich in zinc,
    • Vitamins A, C, D and sufficient amount of protein
    • Drink water! Water keeps body healthy, keep skin more elastic, don’t scratch
    • Use a cream or ointment more than once, to help improve your skin’s condition lessen the chance

    Elasticity of skin – Increase the elasticity of your skin helps a lot! These 2 suggestions are so “mommy talks”, your mom must have asked you to do these 2 things numerous times… so listen to your mom :-)

    Exercise! Drink your water! Both methods help to make your skin more elastic.

    Stop scratching!
